  4. Shipping and Delivery: For online orders, we provide shipping options with varying delivery speeds and costs. In- store purchases can be taken immediately.

Return Policy:

We may require the customer to return the incorrect item in its original condition, and upon verification, we will send the correct item or issue a refund.
  3. Change of Mind: We understand that preferences can change. If a customer decides to return a canvas print due to a change of mind, they can do so within 14 days of receiving the order. In such cases, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. The returned item must be in its original condition, and upon inspection, we will issue a refund minus any applicable restocking fees.
  4. Refund Process: Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon with the customer.
  5. Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized canvas prints, such as those featuring customer-uploaded photos, are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
